Who We Are
We are two creatives originally trained and based in New York City with experience working with global high-end fashion and accessories brands. With our collective 30 years of experience we found ourselves frequently surrounded by fast fashion, too often creating seasonal products that were purely trend driven but quickly forgotten.
We began longing for something more meaningful and started Uncommon Courtesy with a vision to merge our passion for clever design and our rich international experience to produce gifts and accessories that would be lasting as well as bespoke.
We find perfection in the smallest of details; appreciate the emotions a gift can evoke, and work tirelessly to innovate our creations, using our expertise to produce beautiful products that can be customised in ways that matter.
It's designing items that bring joy and leave long-lasting impressions that we find so fulfilling. Our studio is fashioned on the belief that each brand we meet is unique and distinct, and so should the gifts we create. Mixing traditional materials with modern designs, we'll work with you to ensure your brand leaves a lasting impression on your clients and customers.

Co- Founder
I graduated from Parsons School of Design NY with a major in product design, I spent 13 years in New York City as a designer, product developer, and buyer, collecting rich and unforgettable experiences along the way. I believe in pushing creative boundaries, and as a result was given the opportunity to bring to life concepts within fashion and leather accessories for brands such as Botkier NYC, MZ Wallace, Lucky Brand & Laura Ashley. Within each bespoke piece, I love to blend modern silhouettes with creative solutions, ensuring the design stands out as the brands we work with.
I appreciate timeless pieces, and always bring forward my recognised versatile design together with leather artistry into each custom-made gift that we create. As a graduate of Parsons School of Design NY with a major in Product Design, I specialised in metalsmithing, and had a great opportunity to train under famous leather artisan Jutta Neumann New York and even launched my own successful handbag & accessories label, named Thirtyfour. I enjoy exploring new designs through different use of materials.
